Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains what happens after your order is placed. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds, except where required by applicable law.

This includes change of mind, ordering the wrong item or option, and unused or unopened products. Because these are research materials whose storage and handling conditions cannot be verified once they leave our control, we cannot resell returned inventory.

Please do not ship any product back to us without our written authorization. Unauthorized shipments cannot be accepted or credited.

Incorrect item or damage in transit

If you received the wrong item, or an item that was damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can look into it. Reports outside this window may still be reviewed but cannot be guaranteed a remedy.

Email Support@centralcoastpeptides.com or call (805) 259-2514 and include:

Keep the item and all packaging until we respond — photos and packaging are often needed to resolve a carrier claim.

We will review your report and provide any remedy required by applicable law. We will tell you the outcome directly; please do not return anything unless we authorize it first.

Order cancelled by CC Peptides

If we cancel a paid order or part of an order — for example because of a pricing or availability error, as described in our Terms of Sale — we will return the amount you paid for the cancelled portion using the original payment method where practicable.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits or waives any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

For laboratory research use only — not for human consumption. This page is provided for customer information and is not legal advice.
