Are your peptides third-party tested for purity, and where is the testing performed?

Yes. Every product offered by Central Coast Peptides is independently analyzed prior to release by a California-based ISO/IEC 17025-accredited analytical chemistry laboratory — an independent contract testing facility that operates outside our supply chain and reports directly to us on each lot.

Testing is conducted using industry-standard analytical methods, including:

  • High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) — quantifies the target compound and identifies impurities by separation.
  • Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) — confirms molecular identity and molecular weight against the reference standard.
  • Residual solvent, moisture, and endotoxin screening where applicable to the compound class.

Lots that fail to meet our internal identity and purity specifications are rejected and are not offered on this site. Lot-specific results are documented on the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for that lot.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available to verified researchers upon written request at Support@centralcoastpeptides.com. All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any clinical application.

What’s it like ordering from Central Coast Peptides?

Browse the catalog, pick your vial or kit, and check out. Orders are confirmed within minutes. In-stock items ordered Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM Pacific are dispatched the same day; items badged “Ships in 7 Business Days” go out within 7. Then up to 3 business days in transit. Questions? A person on California’s Central Coast replies to Support@centralcoastpeptides.com within one business day, usually sooner.

How fast is shipping and support?

Items badged “Ships Same Day” are dispatched the same day when you order Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM Pacific; after 3:00 PM Pacific, on a weekend, or on a US federal holiday they go out the next business day, and never later than 2 business days. Items badged “Ships in 7 Business Days” are dispatched within 7. That is our handling time, not the delivery date. Carrier transit is counted separately after dispatch and takes up to 3 business days. We dispatch Monday–Friday only, carriers deliver Monday–Saturday and never on Sunday, and weekends and US federal holidays are not counted in either window.

Email replies within one business day, phone answered during business hours — both go to our team on California’s Central Coast, not an offshore queue.

How fast is local delivery?

Local delivery is a $10.50 flat rate (free on orders over $200) covering San Luis Obispo County and the Santa Maria area. It has two steps, and both are ours: we pack your order, then we bring it to you on our next local delivery run — a separate day, with no carrier involved.

If your order contains only Ships Same Day items, ordering Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM Pacific means we pack it that day and deliver it the next business day. After 3:00 PM Pacific, on a weekend, or on a US federal holiday we pack it the next business day and deliver it the day after that. Either way it arrives within 2 business days of when you placed it.

To be clear: ordering before 3:00 PM does not mean same-day delivery. The cutoff sets the day we pack your order, not the day it arrives. Your receipt shows both dates side by side.

If your order contains any Ships in 7 Business Days item, the entire local order is packed and delivered together within 7 business days, unless we separately arrange a split delivery with you. Local delivery runs Monday–Friday only, and weekends and US federal holidays are not counted.

My order has both same-day and 7 business day items. When does it ship?

An item labeled Ships Same Day on its own is dispatched the same day when ordered Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM Pacific. But if your order contains any item labeled Ships in 7 Business Days, the entire order is dispatched together within 7 business days of the order date — the same-day cutoff does not apply to it — unless we separately arrange a split shipment with you.

“Ships within” is our processing and dispatch time — it is not the delivery date. Carrier transit follows dispatch and takes up to 3 business days, counted separately. We dispatch Monday–Friday only, carriers do not deliver on Sundays, and weekends and US federal holidays are not counted in either window. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.

Can I return an order or get a refund?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds — including for a change of mind, an ordering mistake, or an unused product — except where required by applicable law. If you received the wrong item or an item damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Sale.

What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support@centralcoastpeptides.com or (805) 259-2514 with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the problem. Please do not ship anything back to us without our authorization. We will review the report and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
