Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed with CC Peptides (Central Coast Peptides). By submitting an order you agree to these terms, including our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for change of mind, ordering mistakes, or unused products, except where required by applicable law.

Please review your cart, selected options, quantities, and delivery details carefully before submitting your order.

Order acceptance and confirmation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a completed contract. An order is accepted only when we confirm it directly with you. We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, before or after confirmation.

Your order number is generated when you submit your order. Confirmation follows once we have reviewed your order and verified payment.

Accurate customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery information, including name, phone number, and delivery address where applicable. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by information that is incorrect or incomplete when submitted.

If you notice an error after submitting, contact us immediately at Support@centralcoastpeptides.com or (805) 259-2514. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Pricing, availability, and corrections

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Despite our efforts, a listing may occasionally contain a pricing, availability, or description error.

Where an error affects your order, we may correct the error and contact you to confirm, or cancel the affected portion of the order. If we cancel a paid order for this reason, we will return the amount you paid for the cancelled portion using the original payment method where practicable.

Research use only

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and further-manufacturing use only. They are not drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, food, or dietary supplements, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Products are not for human or animal consumption and must not be used for any therapeutic, diagnostic, prophylactic, cosmetic, or clinical purpose. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, are acquiring these materials solely for legitimate scientific research or analytical purposes, and will handle, store, use, and dispose of them in compliance with all applicable laws and standard laboratory safety practices.

Shipping, delivery, and returns

Fulfillment timing is described in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund terms are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms of Sale.

Transactional SMS text messages — terms

By providing your mobile phone number at checkout and submitting an order, you agree to receive transactional text messages from CC Peptides about that order. These messages are limited to order received, payment confirmed, and shipping notification with tracking.

Marketing SMS and email — separate opt-in

CC Peptides also runs a separate marketing program. Ordering does not subscribe you to marketing texts or marketing emails. You only receive marketing messages if you expressly opt in through our website popup, at checkout, or elsewhere by agreeing to the marketing consent language we present to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the buyer assumes all risk and responsibility associated with the receipt, possession, handling, and use of these products, and releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless CC Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising out of misuse, off-label use, or use in violation of these terms. Products are sold “AS IS” with no warranties, express or implied.
